We inform you that the accreditation of Balkan Biocert Ltd. has been extended with an order by the Executive Director of EA “Bulgarian Accreditation Service” No 62/13.01.2010 and the validity now expires on 30 April 2010. Until then, an accreditation audit will be carried out by the EA “Bulgarian Accreditation Service” for preaccreditation of Balkan Biocert Ltd as a certification body. We kindly inform you that the list with agents suitable for organic production which was updated by Balkan Biocert Ltd. until January 2009 will no longer be updated and extended and as such can be considered invalid as of January 2010.
For fertilizers and pesticides suitable for organic production, please refer to annexes 1 and 2 of EEC 889/2008, as well as to the registered organic pesticides on the internet site of the NPPS http://www.nsrz.government.bg/. In addition, NPPS publishes annually a book with the registered and approved for trade plant protection products, registered fertilizers and soil conditioners which can be found in the specialized shops for fertilizers and plant protection products

The products listed in the certificate are “duck carcasses” and “duck feather”. Herewith, we declare, that the named certificate makes abusive reference to the name and reputation of Balkan Biocert Ltd. and kindly ask you to check extensively the authenticity of each presented certificate for organic production and in case of doubts or irregularities, to inform us immediately.
